The membership includes the grapes, winemaking consulting, the use of the equipment for crushing, pressing and racking your wine. The cellar staff will clean all the equipment, store and monitor your wine and provide you with assistance as needed. Our standard packaging (750ml bottles, cartons and high quality corks) is included plus a wine label custom designed by our graphic artist (see the labels page). Your wine will be aged in our barrels and air-conditioned cave. And finally, you will man a state-of-the-art bottling line to cleanly and carefully bottle your wine.
We are currently sold out of most grape varietals, so contact us to see what we have left and or get on our waiting list if you are interested in becoming a member next year.
Nature determines when the grapes are ripe; therefore the exact crush dates will be announced a week in advance. They will typically fall on Saturdays in September and October.
For Grape Growers: Members have the option of making red wine or Chardonnay (or other barrel-fermented white wine) by the full or half barrel, individually or jointly with up to 4 members. You supply the grapes, and make the wine at our facility. Membership fee includes winemaking consulting, the use of all equipment, as well as the full support of our cellar staff as outlined above.
